The degree work deals with creation of the business plan of the development of the company DISTRIMO ltd. The first part deals with the goal of this degree work. In the theoretical part there is the basic information about the creation of the business plan and about the problems of business in the Czech Republic. The main part of the degree work is focused on the proposition of the creation of the electronic business in the company DISTRIMO ltd, which would lead to increasing of the capacity of sales and to the expension of the services provided to costumers.

Bachelor thesis called "Inferiority complex and family" with the subtitle "Inferiority complex and self- acceptance in connection with the acceptance in the family" is written with the intention to explore the importance of acceptance in the family and the importance of the self-acceptance. An important part is the individual's acceptance by God and the family as a part of dealing with feelings of inferiority complex in life. The feelings of inferiority guide us through life and we need to know how to deal with them. Written work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part has its focus on acceptance and self-acceptance, especially in the context of Christian theology and pastoral care. A man is a bio-psycho-social being; in this context we cannot forget these components. A part of this work is also pastoral care in relation to self-acceptance. Private international law from a comparative perspective(comparison of a particular segment in Czech law and the law of a selected country) This thesis works with a comparison of conflict rules in the field of international family law in the Czech Republic and in the Federal Republic of Germany. It is focused concretely on questions of marriage, register partnership and adoption, in which is included an international element. The topic has been taken into account in addition to the national rules of international private law also rules at international and European level. Includes is also future progress in this field. Thesis is divided into eight chapters. The introduction is followed by first chapter, which deals with general classification of international family law as a part of international private law and their definition. Following chapter is focused on conflict rules, determingfactores which may be used to determine the applicable law. Included are terms as public policy, remise or transmise. Chapter three is about general definition of court's jurisdiction to hear the dispute with an international element. Operations Acceptance Management

This paper examines the process of Operations Acceptance Management, whose main task is to control Operations Acceptance Tests (OAT). In the first part the author focuses on the theoretical ground for the problem in the context of ITSM best practices framework ITIL. Benefits, process pitfalls and possibilities for automation are discussed in this part. The second part contains a case study of DHL IT Services (Prague), where a solution optimizing the overall workflow was implemented using simple web applications. The author of this paper was personally involved in the described project.
ServiceDesk and its role in ITIL

This paper is concerned with the Service desk function, as described in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). It's divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The first part gives an overview of the ITIL framework and the core processes of IT Service Management. Mainly, it focuses on the Service Desk function, its role, benefits and relationship to other ITIL processes. The second part contains a case study from the IT environment of the Czech National Bank, which identifies the benefits of Service Desk implementation in practice.
