The analysis of supply of travel agencies

The diploma thesis analyses supply of three major and three small regional Czech travel agencies regarding Croatia in terms of its width (number of offered accomodation facilities in particular sea resorts)and its compelexity (offer of packages for more demanding customers, sightseeing tours etc.) The thesis also contains general introduction of Croatia as one of the most popular summer destinations for Czech tourists as well as description and explanation of basic terms connected to tourism theory and functioning of travel agencies in general.
Creation of a package holiday focused on the pilgrimage sites in the Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis was to set up a holiday package focused on the pilgrimage sites in the Czech Republic and to point out a lot of attractive pilgrimage sites, which could become popular among pilgrims. The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, the definitions connected with the problems of tourism are given. The holiday package itself is presented in the second part. The third patr contains the final offer. The attachments are added at the end together with pictures of visited pilgrimage sites.
Business Plan – Founding of a Tour Operator

The Master's Thesis is focused on business plan, concretely on founding of a new tour operator for people with special needs. First part describes principles of business plan, tourism, issues regarding tour operators and defines tourism for all (accessible tourism). Practical part concerns creation of business plan itself. The purpose is to describe tour operator, analyze tourism industry, the competition and segment. The thesis is focused on marketing and finance plans as well (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account and Cash Flow statement included). It is concluded with SWOT and risk analysis and the visions to the future.
Analysis of travel operators offer for marketing segment - families with children

This work is engaged in analysis of offer of travel operators for families with children and in after evaluation. In the first part of the work there are mentioned some terms from tourism sphere. There is also defined term tourism operator from legislative point of view. Next part is dedicated to matketing in the area of services. Families with childern present important part of demand in tourism sphere. This work analyses their wishes and needs. In analytical part of work there is researched offer for families with children in domestical and foreign tourism. At first the attention is dedicated to accomodation facilities, then the offer of travel operators is researched. Work presents sales programmes of travel operators and analyses holiday clubs for childern. The final part evaluates the quality and quantity of offered facilities.
Possibilities of application of sustainable tourism in a chosen region

Marketing study of turistic region - Eastern Bohemia

The object of the study is presentation and marketing analysis of touristic region Eastern Bohemia. The study is divided into two sections. First section is theoretic. It desribes marketing, touristic destination and destination marketing. Second section is practical and contains marketing environment of Eastern Bohemia, primary and secondary offer of region, identification of main competitors and marketing research of visitors. The final part of study summarizes essential imperfections and barriers of development of tourism in the region and suggests some solutions.
Creation of an incoming tourism tour

The aim of this thesis was to set up an incoming tourism original tour to South Moravia with combination of hiking. This region is very attractive for tourists, but it deserves more their interest. The presented tour has also untraditional number of visiting days and it is enticed by combination of hiking, water transport and coach transport between particular places of interest. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part, basic tourism terms are explained; the tour itself is presented and explained in the second part. In the conclusion, the whole thesis is summarized and numerous pictures of places visited during the tour are addend at the end.
Analysis of the offer of chosen travel agent

The aim of this work is to analyse the offer of the travel agent STUDENT AGENCY. The theoretical part contains definition of chosen concepts of tourism, the Act Nr. 159/1999 Coll. about some conditions of business in the tourism industry is presented. The second chapter characterize the company STUDENT AGENCY, the history of the firm and awards achieved are shortly outlined. The offered products are analysed in full details in the next part of the thesis. There is also given care to sales promotion and competitive advantages. The whole work is closed with a final evaluation of the analysis.
Creation of the holiday package "Round-the-world trip"

This bachelor thesis is focused on the creation of the tailored holiday package, Round-the-world trip, according to given requirements of fictive clients. For making this kind of holiday package, it is necessary to know market offer as well as useful websites and reservation portals, which are presented in the first part of the thesis. The second part is devoted to the analysing and comparisons of the offer of particular service providers and based on these outputs, the most attractive and cheapest package is set up. The important chapter is also one about price calculation and another about competitiveness of this holiday package. In conclusion, the achievement of the aims of the bachelor thesis is evaluated and the possibilities for further theme developments are mentioned.
