Bachelor thesis Foster care in practice of a non-profit organization monitors changes in the amended Act no. 359/1999 Coll. on social and legal protection of children related with foster care. In the introduction, the milestones in the history of foster care are mentioned. Afterwards, the thesis focuses on foster care and the way of safeguarding, funding and resourcing. It also mentions a legislative basis of foster care. It summarizes the rights and responsibilities of foster parents. The next section refers to the practice of a non-profit organisation of a Centre of help vulnerable children named ROSA, which accompanies families with children in foster care. By means of working methods and approaches used in the Centre of help vulnerable children ROSA evaluates specific course of accompanying of foster families and highlights examples of good practice. The Biofeedback Techniques and its Usage at Women between the Age of 25 - 35

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to inform about the possibilities and the use of biofeedback techniques and to classify its measuring instruments. This definition draws particular attention to practical use in everyday life and the final part of this thesis I deal with this issue both in relation to Health education. By questionnaire on a sample of 100 females were shown little awareness of biofeedback technique in women aged 20-35 years. It has also been shown to influence feedback on resting respiratory rate of ten probands measured high-quality device of Schuhfried Biofeedback x-pert 2000, was particularly significant difference in auditory feedback. Comparing the measurement results of the research sample of women with men aged 20 - 35 years, men have achieved better results.

Přestože přístup k problematice ochrany ovzduší je v různých státech EU odlišný, postupem času docházelo k formování společných právních norem. Všude na světě se také ukázalo, že regulace by měla využívat flexibilních tržních mechanismů. K regulaci a ochraně životního prostředí je potřeba využívat přímé i nepřímé nástroje. Jedním z nich je obchodování s emisními povolenkami, přičemž tvorba ceny povolenek je ponechána trhu. Hodnoty emisních limitů mají určovat přípustnou úroveň znečišťování ovzduší. Množství emisních povolenek je stanoveno v alokačních plánech jednotlivých zemí. Kromě problémů ohledně množství a obchodování emisních povolenek se vyskytují též rozdílné principy jejich zdaňování, vedoucí k odlišnému zatížení států touto regulací.
