Increasing competition in the industry is forcing companies in search of innovative solutions in order to grow into stronger rival. One of the ways how to achieve this is by introducing elements of lean manufacturing. The aim of this dissertation is to analyze the business processes of the company Haldy Plus - Limited. (Ltd), which operates in the paper industry and its main field of activity is the production of packaging from corrugated cardboard. The content of this thesis is getting to know the theoretical basis for lean production, the company description, identifying potential for improvements, analysis of these critical processes, and measures such as the proposal to streamline processes.

Analysis of logistic processes in the company, Fujitsu

Bachelor thesis analyzes logistics processes at Fujitsu Technology Solutions Company Ltd. in order to find a critical point, at the level of distribution activities and information flows. The theoretical part of bachelor thesis summarizes knowledge previously obtained from a specialized literature. Another part analyzes Prague branch of the company, describes her portfolio in order to show the way of operating and goals of the company, what is basis for understanding the distribution patterns. These are connected with the information flows, on which bachelor thesis is focused as a project management and information flows in it, which are crucial for successful execution of contracts and consumer satisfaction.

Municipal transportation system of Bratislava

This thesis deals with municipal transportation system of Bratislava. It is shown here its history, present and future plans which are associated with project Bratislava Integrated Transport. In the first part I define keys terms associated with public transport. In the second part I focused on realization of municipal transportation system in Bratislava and last part shows the expected development to 2020.
