This thesis focuses on a detailed analysis of controlling within XYZ company, with special emphasis on the Procure to Pay process and subsequent cost analysis. The work is systematically divided into four main parts. The first part describes the theoretical knowledge necessary for the subsequent sections. The second part is devoted to describing the company, and the third part deals with the analysis of the current state of controlling, particularly the state of the Procure to Pay process in XYZ company. The final proposal part builds on the previous sections, suggesting measures and adjustments related to the Procure to Pay process and associated costs.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Brazzale Moravia a.s. for the period 2016 to 2020 and puts forward proposals for its improvement. The second part is the practical part, where the knowledge from the theoretical part is applied to the selected company. The final part od the work is devoted to proposals to improve the financial situation of the company, which result from the results of the second part of the work.
