This master´s thesis focuses on the proposal of new communication mix for the Microbrewery Jesenik company. The goal is to improve the promotional behaviour of the company throught critical analysis of existing marketing communication. Effort has been taken to quickly remove existing shortcomings of the current communication mix.

This bachelor thesis is focused on improving the company culture and increasing customers satisfaction in the Alterna and A2 clubs. There are a few things which customers would change. The aim of my work is to provide specific recommendation which will lead to solve these problems. This work consists of three parts. First part is theoretical. The following part is analytical evaluation of the company which includes questionnaire research. Final part includes suggestions of improving the company situation.
