Hodnocení kvalitativních parametrů okurek v hydroponické produkci

The diploma thesis focuses on the hydroponic production of cucumbers. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and deals with the hydroponic growing with the focus on cucumbers. In the practical part, in accordance with the aim of the thesis, there can be found the evaluation of the yield and growth parameters of two greenhouse hydroponic cultures of cucumbers in Jižní Morava, Ltd., depending on the production period and repeated usage of the grow slabs. The results show that the production period and the repeatedly used grow slabs have a significant impact on the yield and growth of cucumbers.

The Bachelor thesis focuses on drought and its influence on vegetable production in agriculture. One of the aims of the thesis is to provide a complex view of the impact of drought on crop production. The thesis also aims to offer different mechanisms of adaptation of vegetables and to provide practical ways to compensate the effects of drought from the perspective of the producer. The first chapter includes the definition of drought, different methods of drought measuring and the development of drought in the Czech Republic. The next chapter focuses on drought and its impact on plants and their reaction to the moisture deficit. The third chapter deals with plant irrigation, the determination of optimum irrigation water amount and water requirements of different vegetables. The final chapter describes practical measures to mitigate the negative impact of drought.

Method: The chronological method is used to record the development of doping in cycling from its beginning. The final aim of this method is to record the whole issue in its main features to enable us to understand its structure and tendency ofdevelopment. Outcomes: To clarify and to analyse the development of doping in cycling from its beginning and to create a detailed picture of the role and the meaning of this phenomenon ofthe past century and until now. Promotion of E-commerce

This thesis is focused on proposals of promotion specific e-shop. The purpose of this thesis is to design such forms of promotion which are going to be effective and accessible even for smaller and starting e-shops. In the theoretical part I am introducing common knowledge needed for understanding the e-shops and internet marketing topics, then I analyze current state and position on the market and finally I evaluate separate forms of promotion including suggestions for their use by this selected e-shop.

Analýza genů z biosyntetické dráhy antokyanů pšenice

Common wheat ( Triticum aestivum L.) is the most commonly grown cereal in the world. In this time wheat genotypes with different colour of kernels have become more important not only to enhance food sources, but also for its importance as a function food, which provides health-promoting substances. Anthocyanins, flavonoid substances in nature, are responsible for the different pigmented caryopsis of common wheat. Pigments formed in anthocyanin biosynthetic pathway are stored in different parts of the caryopsis. Purple pigments are accumulated in the pericarp and blue pigments are accumulated in the aleurone layer of the caryopsis. In this work we use spring forms of common wheat with white endosperm (Novosibirskaya 67), with purple pericarp (ANK - 28B and Abissinskaya Arraseita), and with blue aleurone layer (UC66049 and Tschermaks Blaukörniger Sommerweizen) from Agrotest fyto Kroměříž, s.r.o. collection. Total RNA from this genotypes was isolated using a phenol-chloroform extraction. Total RNA was transcribed into cDNA by reverse transcription. Based on the obtained PCR products sequences were obtained candidate gene sequences for dihydroflavonol-4-reductase (95-100% similarity) and anthocyanidinsynthase (90% similarity). The variability among genotypes in this study was due to single nucleotide polymorphisms and indels. The obtained candidate sequences were localized in the wheat genome and after that was studied gene expression of DFR gene by using qPCR.
