The personality of Czechoslovak rower Jan Jindra
SLAVÍČEK, Adam
This thesis focuses on the biography elaboration of the successful Czechoslovak rower Jan Jindra. In terms of content, the thesis is primarily focused on his personality, secondarily on a brief mapping of the three areas rowing history - in the world, Czech lands and Czechoslovakia and in South Bohemia. The section on history in the world primarily deals with rowing beginnings in England, the United States and Germany. The history of rowing is subsequently in the south of Bohemia and is targeted at a rowing club in Jindřichův Hradec, Tábor and Třeboň. In terms of time, the thesis is mainly focused on the 50s-70s, in which Jan Jindra spent the most successful years of his rowing career, in a broader context the period of the beginning of rowing in our country and in the world is covered. Excerpts from periodicals and literary memoirs can be found in the thesis too. The thesis is also supplemented with a large amount of period photographs and pictures.

Polyester nanoparticles with terbinafine
Slavíček, Adam ; Dittrich, Milan (advisor) ; Šklubalová, Zdeňka (referee)
The effect of technological parameters of preparation of biodegradable polyester nanoparticles on their size parameter was studied with PCS method. Nanoparticles containing terbinafine incorporated in branched polyester of aliphatic hydroxyl-acids. They were prepared by method of distribution ethylmethylketone as a solvent into the external phase of emulsion. It was found that the relation between the concentration of the emulsion, polyester concentration and concentrations of terbinafine in the internal phase of emulsion and the size of nanoparticles is not clear, a number of factors involve, such as collisions during dispersion, distribution speed of the solvent and viscosity. These factors can have opposite effects on the size parameters of nanoparticles. During storage of nanodispersions changes are made in the parameters of size distribution of nanoparticles affected by distribution of the solvents, swelling and erosion of carrier. After the addition of substances that reduce the polarity of the external phase of nanodispersion, the process of distribution is more intensive. Glycine, added to the outer phase as a carrier of nanoparticles during their drying, causes aggregation of nanoparticles without drug by linking of the terminal carboxyl of the carrier. With the presence of terbinafine in...
