Title: Normalization study of motoric tests deadlift and medicine ball throw overhead backwards among members of the combat support battalion. Objective: The aim of this study is to establish performance standards for the three- repetition maximum deadlift and the backward medicine ball throw overhead. The resulting standards will subsequently be used to expand the test battery for the occupational assessment in the 141st Supply Battalion. Methods: Standardized testing was employed, followed by the establishment of performance standards. The research sample of 204 participants was divided into three categories based on gender and performance groups. IBM SPSS Statistics, a statistical software program, was used for data analysis. Data normality was assessed for each category using the Shapiro-Wilk test, and graphical verification was conducted using Q-Q plots. Performance standards were created using a quartile-based calculation method, employing a four- point scale with ratings of excellent, good, satisfactory, and unsatisfactory. Results: For performance group C of males, the following standards were established for the deadlift exercise: excellent = 115 kg and above; good = 103 kg and above; satisfactory = 90 kg and above; performances lower than 90 kg are considered unsatisfactory.
