The Spaniel family in Jaroměř during the First World War

This bachelor work is about the study of everyday life in the Czech lands during the first world war. The work is centred on East Bohemian town Jaroměř and it analyse the war effects on population living in the Czech lands. The study is based on memories of jaroměř citizen Marie Španielová and chronicle of Václav Pácalt, jaroměř politician and artist. The main interests is concentrated on economy, general mobilization, temporary stay of prisoners of war, supply difficulties and general lack of basic commodities. The aim is to analyze the causes and circumstances of Revizionism, its origins and the character of the dispute between revisionist and totalitarianist interpretation of Soviet history.
