Direction of OT intervention in persons with expression disorder of verbal communication

The work occupy by functional communication in humans with expressive chronic aphasia. For this purpose mention usage of nonverbal communication means for improvement of functional communication. The work is separated into two parts, the theoretical part and practical part. In theoretical part it pursues interconnection among functional communication, occupational therapy and speech therapy, defines functional communication, occupies by questions of fatigue impairments, describes various ways of nonverbal communication and also ways of their learning. In practical part it includes notation of work with three patients with expressive chronic aphasia for purpose of improvement of functional communication. There is a description of methodology which approximates the process used in practical part. The intervention with patients proceeded in the end of May and in June in 2009 in Clinic of rehabilitation medicine in Prague and is notified in case studies. The output of practical part was origination of two communication aids (the picture book and card which describes fatigue impairment). Analysis of the system of recruitment and selection of employees in the organization

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the system of recruitment and selection of employees in the Pacovské strojírny, joint-stock company, identify its strengths and weaknesses and propose measures to improve its effectiveness. Furthermore, via questionnaire survey to determine attitude and satisfaction of workers with the system of recruitment and selection of employees in this company. This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines basic terms and solutions concerning particular problems of recruitment and selection of employees. In the introduction of the practical part there is the company characterization, including its history, the company bodies, employees and department of human resources. Subsequently it is followed by an analysis of recruitment and selection of employess, a formulation of its strengths and weaknesses and a proposition of measures which could lead to its eventual improvement. In last part the questionnaire survey is evaluated, which examines the attitude and satisfaction of the workers with the system of recruitment and selection of employees in the company.
Analysis of the remuneration system in a particular firm

The bachelor work features remuneration of emploees in a particular firm. The goal of the work is to use the gained theory data in order to analyse and evaluate the system of remuneration and the employee's amenities in the Pacovské strojírny joint-stock company. The work is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The first part defines the basic terms concerning problems of remuneration and employee's amenities. The other part is practical and is divided into 4 phases. First, the firm is introduced, its history, birth and structure of employees. Next, an analysis of remuneration and employee's amenities in the firm is made. The third phase, dealing with employees' opinion on the system of remuneration, is treated on the basis of a questionnaire survey. In the last phase the strong and weak sides are formulated and some arrangements are provided to make the current remuneration system even better
Vnitřní trh EU: silniční kabotáž v kontextu východního rozšíření

Tato práce je zaměřena na specifika volného pohybu služeb na vnitřním trhu EU na konkrétním příkladu kabotáže. V souvislosti s tzv. východním rozšířením EU došlo k zavedení přechodného období na poskytování kabotáže pro země SVE. Cílem této práce je analýza příčin tohoto rozhodnutí EU na základě dostupných informací a také názoru odborníků z oblasti silniční dopravy ČR. Na závěr je konstatován převažující vliv faktorů politického charakteru nad oficiálními důvody - rozdíly ve výši provozních nákladů.
