Preparation of the implementation of the gross substructure of the service building, Bystřice nad Pernštejnem

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of the implementation of the rough substructure of the operational building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The work deals with technological regulations for foundation structures, including insulation against moisture, for which an itemized budget, inspection and test plan, and time schedule will be drawn up. In addition, this work contains the equipment of the construction site, the coordination situation with wider transport relations, the design of the machine assembly, the principles of construction organization and safety and health protection at work. In addition, details regarding the rough substructure or insulation against moisture and assessment of construction machinery are worked out for the work.

Preparation of realization of the monolithic skeleton VilaPark Olomouc

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the technological stage of the rough construction of the E4 residential building, which is being built as part of the staged construction of VilaPark Tabulový Vrch Olomouc. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete wall system with a total of three above-ground floors. The building has a regular shape, the load-bearing walls are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The ceilings are slabs, also made of monolithic reinforced concrete. As part of the resolved stage, a technological prescription for monolithic constructions, a time schedule, and an itemized budget are processed. The organization of construction, transport relations, the design of the machine assembly, the control and test plan and safety and health protection at work are also dealt with.

Completion of Essens company building in Brno - Líšeň, Gross Substructure

The content of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of the realization of the gross substructure of the completion of Essens company building in Brno - Líšeň. The work is focused on the processing of the technical report of the construction site equipment, solving traffic relations and subsequent drawings. Furthermore, the content of the work includes the design of a suitable machine assembly, itemized budget, and time schedule of the stage of the gross substructure. Great emphasis is placed on the elaboration of detailed technological prescription for the implementation of piles and subsequently on the implementation of the white tank system. This chapter is followed by the processing of the inspection-check plan. The last part is an analysis of the issue of safety and health protection at work, definition of occupational risks and proposed measures for their elimination.

Review of Ventilated Façade System with Focus on Basic Requirements

Considerable attention is currently focused on the building envelope, in particular from an architectural and aesthetic point of view. The design and execution of the façade has a significant influence on the perception of a building within its surroundings. The main factors influencing the selection of a façade system include the view from the building, the extent and type of interior daylighting, the method of ventilation of the building, the challenges of building maintenance, and finally the load imposed by the façade system. Perhaps this is why the so-called ventilated façade system has become very popular in the last decade. The presented paper reviews the basic design requirements and principles. The secondary aim of this article is to describe the less common application of ventilated façade with bonded joints as well as the main advantages and disadvantages of such a fastening method.

Preparation of realization of completion of clinical hematology, University Hospital Brno

The aim of this diploma thesis is a solution of the extension of clinical hematology of the Faculty Hospital Brno. The thesis deals with the technological regulation for steel construction, coupled ceiling concrete slab with other topics including an inspection-check plan, a time schedule for carcass, time and financial schedule for structures and an item budget. In addition, this work includes the coordination site-layout of the construction with wider transport relations, mechanical assembly, the principles of the organization of site equipment and occupational safety and health risks. Finally this thesis contains several assessments for cranes, scheme of principles of fixing steel columns into structure, scheme of laying building envelope, LEED, site equipment financial assessment.

Sports Centre in Pardubice, Preparation for Construction

The aim of this master's thesis is the elaboration of a preparation of construction implementation of the Sport Center in Pardubice. The construction system of the building is wall-mounted, made of Porotherm blocks. Ceiling structures are made from prefabricated panels. This thesis covers the study of rough construction implementation, the technological regulations and control and testing plan for the implementation of green roof and ventilated facade, construction site equipment, mechanization design, safety aspects, noise study, and comparison of green roofs. Furthermore, the thesis includes the time and financial plan for the construction of the main building structure. The work encompasses a drawing section.

Koks production hall - upper stage of construction

Subject of this work is execution of the superstructure, especially solution of mounted frame included the lining together with the sheathing construction and building roof. The building will serve as assembly and storage hall for the Koks Production company. Reinforced concrete precast frame forms supporting structure. The building is split to two parts, single-storey hall and two-storey administration part. Construction-technological part from complete execution of the building rough superstructure has been selected as a bachelor’s thesis subject. The technological regulation for the assembly of reinforced concrete precast frame has been elaborated. The precast frame is formed by precast elements supplemented by the lining between the columns in the administration part. The solution of following subjects of building construction was taken into consideration too: • solution of suitable site machinery • workers health, safety, and preservation on the site • health protection • test and trial plan for the mounted reinforced concrete skeleton • time schedule and economic analysis for the superstructure • logistics and material storage on the site

The content of the thesis is the technical report of the building with focus on the selected technological stage, project of the construction site, design of transport routes, usage of the construction machines, alternative technical solutions, design of technological procedures, control and inspection plan, construction budget and construction schedule.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the construction and technological project for the new Integrované výjezdové centrum Český Těšín. In the proposed area, there will be the Fire and Rescue Service of the Moravian-Silesian Region – branch Český Těšín, Municipal Police Český Těšín, and the Police of the Czech Republic – district department and department of criminal police service and investigation. The diploma thesis is exclusively focused on the Fire and Rescue Service facility. The content of this thesis includes a technical report, a coordination situation of the construction with broader relations of traffic routes, a time and financial plan – object-oriented, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the construction object, a project of the construction site along with a calculation of construction site equipment costs, a proposal for the main construction machines and mechanisms, a time schedule, a plan for ensuring material resources for the rough construction, a technological specification for monolithic ceiling structures along with a drawing of ceiling formwork, a control and testing plan, and a budget for the completed building SO 01.

The work contains a technical report focusing on the assembly skeleton, situational buildings with broader transport relationships, replacement statement, technological regulation of skeleton assembly, construction organization solutions, schedule and graph of workers' needs, machine design, inspection and test plan, safety and health plan when working on the construction site, list of prefabricated elements reinforced concrete, details of connections of individual prefabricated parts, introduction diagram, Procedure of mobile crane and tractor with flatbed on the construction site.
