Analysis of the marketing environment and marketing mix in selected company with an emphasis on the personal selling

This thesis aims to describe and analyze the marketing environment and the marketing mix in the selected company with the focus on personal sales. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of marketing, development and specifies marketing environment as well as marketing mix. The practical part describes the analyzed company ONO-development s.r.o. and it's project Pozemky Vila Park Sviadnov. It will also analyze the marketing environment and the marketing mix of the company. The practical part also includes marketing research. Based on the outcome, this bachelor thesis will give a conclusion and a short summary of the analyzed areas and the recommendations.
