The Master’s thesis is focused on the issue of the financial statement consolidation of a selected company and the subsequent evaluation of the impact of the consolidation group change on the economic situation of the concern. The first part contains the theoretical knowledge of this area, the second part includes the introduction of the concern and its current economic situation, and the last part is devoted to the consolidation of the new consolidation group and evaluation of the impact of the change on the economic situation of the concern.

The theoretical part is focused on general characteristics of fixed assets and various forms of financing. In the practical part I will evaluate the financial situation of the company ZENERGO a.s. I will propose possible forms of financing and based on the information I choose the best option of financing the acquisition of assets.

Srovnání 3. pilíře důchodového systému v České republice a na Slovensku

This bachelor thesis focuses on the III. pillar of pension system in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the III. pillar legislation in the Czech and Slovak Republics. In the first half of the practical part, demographic development from 1996 to 2013 in the Czech and Slovak Republics is analyzed. In the second half, the III. pillar in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic are compared in terms of state aid, fees and saved funds. On this basis, the improvement of III. pillar in the Czech Republic is deduced.
