Proposal for Improvement of Customer and Employee Satisfaction

The subject of this master’s thesis, based on the results of researches on customer and employee satisfaction, is to provide proposals and suggestions leading to their better satisfaction. In the theoretical part, attention is particularly paid to services themselves, followed by customer and employee satisfaction and potential relations between them. For better analysing of these two respondent groups, a field research was conducted and primary data were collected through questionnaires. A discussion on the research results follows. It is believed, that the analysis of customer and employee satisfaction will contribute the company to their better understanding.

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is to make improvement proposals of services related to a luxury bus transport based on a research on customer satisfaction. The theoretical part deals with services in general as well as their quality. It is followed by customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and possible relation between them. To obtain some primary data a field research at the busy bus station was carried out. Respondents were asked to express their overall and particular satisfaction. The findings are finally presented and discussed. It is believed that this study will help to understand the company passengers better.
