The subject of bachelor’s thesis is creation of project documentation of construction of a family house. The family house is a two-storey building, without basement. The building is founded on foundation strips, load-bearing structures are designed mainly from system Porothem, completed with reinforced concrete ceilings and timber structure of mono-pitched roof. The object is situated on parcels n.594 and 597 in municipality of Velešovice, cadastral area Velešovice, South Moravian region.

The theme of the bachelor´s thesis are a design and mainly a project documentation of a detached house with two housing units and design office in Vyškov. The building consists of three aboveground floors and a basement. Beside the own project documentation an architectural study and an essay are also parts of the thesis.
Family house with a coffe bar

The objective of this bachelor thesis was to create project documentation of a family house with a coffee bar. The study and project documentation for building permit were used as resources. The building is located the cadastre Červená Pečka on site 272/10 in Kolín district, in the Central Czech region. The property is situated in a moderate northern slope. Building will be partially sunk in the terrain. The family house is intended for residence of a 4 to 5 member family. Coffee bar is dedicated for 30 guests and 2 or 3 employees. Coffee bar and technical background is in 1.S., the habitable part of family house in 1.NP. Structural system is designed with standard brick technology with ceramic blocks. The building has a saddle roof and pent roof with a supporting structure from wooden lattice G-N trusses. The foundations are from plain concrete. The outcome should be complete documentation with drawings of the situation, 1.S, 1.NP, vertical section, horizontal section, section of staircase, drawing of ceilings, foundations, construction of roof, roof plan, views and drawings of details D1-D5, also including technical report, a list of products, fire safety design of building, heat-technical design of building and power label.

This project features an independent newly built family home located in the municipality of Rudikov. The height and architectural style of the building respect the requirements of the neighboring areas. The house has a pool, sauna, garage, includes a cellar smaller than the footprint of the house and a loft. The cellar is used as gym and storage. The house itself is conceived as single family home for 3-4 people (2 parents + 1-2 children). It is built of bricks – Porotherm bricks, including ceiling constructions. The house has a gable roof which is designed as a roof without purlin system. As covering of the roof serves roof bitumen sheets.

The bachelor thesis deals with project of polyfunctional building with two residential units in Olšany near Vyškov. The building is composed of basement and three above-ground floors. The new building not cellar under, two storyes family house with a garage and gym. The building is based on the foundation strips.Footing in the non-freezing depth. System design house is two-way, vertical walls are lime-sand masonry. The fasade is complemented by thermal isolation. Horisontal strukcures is made of beams and ceramics inserts HODO and cavity panels. Heating are ensured by a gas boiler. The interior staircase is designed as reinforcete.
