Legal (and other) aspects of the relationship founders and directors of elementary schools

1 ABSTRACT The bachelor thesis describes relationship between the founder and the director of an elementary school. The main focus is on directors of elementary schools which are part of regional education system, and are financed as subsidized organizations and are established by the region authorities, municipality or group of municipalities. The thesis aims to define various legal and other aspects that form the relationship between the founder and the director of a elementary school, and based on the research conducted by interviewing technique to determine the current bottlenecks in this relationship and how these differ depending on the type of founder. The theoretical part explains basic concepts related to the issue, presents two views on the relationship between the founder and the director. The first are the responsibilities of the director to the founders, as the supreme executive managing the organization. The second is a direct relationship founder to the person of a headmaster. The experimental part validates the research assumptions, relating examined aspects of the relationship. To verify the assumptions, a research was the chosen method of quantitative research, and as a research tool a questionnaire was used.
