The bachelor thesis ”A proposal for company’s marketing strategy” analyses the current state of the product CLUBWASH of the company Verybusy ltd. whose business scope is specialized retail, retail with mixed goods; washing, ironing, repairing and servicing; data processing, databank services, network administration; restaurant activities. The thesis includes proposals of changes of the current communication mix, which should help increase the client’s interest for the company and thus achieve increase of the company profits and better the company’s position on the market.
Company´s Draft of the Motivation System

It contains an analysis of the existing incentive system in which methods were used depth interview and structured questionnaire.
