The Application of new project management trends within a specific IT project

The Information technologies are becoming a key element in achieving an advantage above your competitors. Therefore, it is as important coming up with new and original ideas as well as having the ability to enforce those ideas by current management. The chances of enforcing new ideas are higher if you manage to implement the changes within set up forecast. The lack of flexibility and a low percentage of successful projects within these limits were the main motivation for composing this Master Thesis. There is an introduction to the agile project management in the first part of this paper and a specific implementation example of this method in the second part.

Strategic Analysis of Rehabilitace Budějovická, s.r.o.

The main aim of this bachelor paper is to make a strategic analysis of a newly founded company Rehabilitace Budějovická, s.r.o. which was bought from a policlinic Medicon, a.s. We fulfil this goal with help of the analysis of the company surroundings, of its resources and capabilities. Thanks to these facts we are able to identify company's strengths and weaknesses together with its possible opportunities and threats. This paper is divided into theoretical and practical art. Theoretical contains a description of strategic management and methods how to execute the strategic analysis of the company. Then we apply knowledge gained in the theoretical into practise which leads into summary of the important index number outputs. At the same time there is recommended a strategy plan based on these outputs which should contribute to the development of the company followed by higher satisfaction of the patients.
