Children with extreme dystropy and education

This diploma thesis has a form of theoretic study and is divided into nine chapters. First of them show us problems of dystropy, because of easier understanding and exact explanation of term extreme dystropy, that is explained below. In the second chapter are explained problems connected with psychical development and defective psychical development during the process of social development. Attention is also payed to parents as a example of suitable child's building-up. Third chapter is intended to importance of family background and it's possible disfunctions. Fourth chapter deals with child's enlightenment, that was carried out in families of childrens with extreme dystropy. In the fifth chapter are described diagnostic aspects of extreme dystropy. Following chapter number six, explains functional aspects of extreme dystropy. In the seventh chapter can be found questions and answers concerning legislative. Such as, under what circumstances can be child punished, which remedial measures can be done. There is also described and explained law of justice concerning youth together with law of institutional and protective education in the scholastic institution. Next chapter deals with educational institution itself, it's arrangement and operation. Special attention is payed to department of extreme dystropy....

Euthanasia in Europe since the World War II. to the present

The aim of the thesis is to describe the historical development of society opinion on euthanasia including comparison of euthanasia during the 2nd World War and the present. Introduction of the thesis focuses on definition of terms associated with euthanasia and assisted suicide. It also describes the influence of racist theories which in the era of National Socialism ultimately resulted to genocide. The thesis also deals with terms such as racial hygiene, palliative care and the emergence of eugenics as a means to ensure suitable and healthy genotype. Influence of psychiatry as a scientific discipline, which was in the beginning of the euthanasia evolution, is also important. The main part of the thesis is to describe the creation and implementation cases of euthanasia in Nazi Germany, including its ideological context. Next part contains description of the development of society as a whole discussion of euthanasia in the post-war years until the first cases of assisted suicide was revealed in the United States in the 80s. The thesis tries to describe in detail the developments of legalization of euthanasia, including the latest information, such as the chapter on the Swiss clinic Dignitas assisted suicide. This work tries to answer the question whether there is no theory of evolution called slippery slope in comparison of social attitudes to euthanasia at the time of Nazism and presents. This could be mainly due to a decline of moral values of society, which results to people behaviour that can be once viewed as a purpose of negotiation on euthanasia. In conclusion there are results of comparison of possible scenarios, including further development of euthanasia.

Franchising as the way of entering the market

This thesis deals with franchising as a possible way of entering the market. The work is divided into two main chapters. The first one is a theoretical part and it explains the main definition of franchising, the key concepts, the world history of franchising and also the history of development in the Czech republic. This part also looks into the foundation process of franchising and the advantages and disadvantages of this type of business. The second part which is practical one considers the franchising concept of the company called City Sightseeing. It studies the company on the global basis and also in the czech environment.
