The Role of state prosecutor in preparatory criminal proceedings

The aim of this paper entitled "The Role of the State Prosecutor in Preparatory Criminal Proceedings" is to perform a comprehensive analysis, based on the valid legislation, of the individual actions taken by the State Prosecutor during the preparatory stage of criminal proceedings and to identify their possible shortcomings. The paper consists of five chapters followed by annexes. Chapter 1 presents a comprehensive history of the State Prosecutor's office since its inception to the present with a special emphasis on its historical development in what is now the Czech Republic. Chapter 2 discusses the essentials of public prosecution that come into play during the preparatory stage of criminal proceedings. Chapter 3 deals with the present-day legislation regulating the State Prosecutor's office. It is comprised of three parts. The first part discusses the constitutional foundations of the State Prosecutor's office in the Czech law. The second part provides specifications of the basic organizational structure of the State Prosecutor's office, whereas its responsibilities are described in the third part. Capital structure of Czech joint stock companies and its determinants

The aim of this thesis is to perform an analysis of capital structure of joint stock companies based in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis introduces modern theories and main determinants of capital structure. Further it stakes out basic models used for testing the validity of mentioned theories and the methodology used. The second part of the thesis focuses on practical results of the analysis. The first chapter summarises descriptive analysis of the passive structure, the level of leverage, the composition of equity and liabilities of the joint stock companies. These ratios are judged mainly according to industry classification and the type of ownership. In the next step, the relationship between leverage and profitability is closely explored since it is thought to be one of the main determinants. In the last chapter, the models are applied to the sample of Czech companies with the effort to judge the validity of capital structure theories and to evaluate the effect of determinants on capital structure.

The suggestion of the management of wet meadow with occurence of protected species

This thesis deals with the evaluation of plant communities under partially waterlogged meadows with rare endangered plant species. The main objective was to evaluate the plant communities on the basis of the original vegetation plots and execution of botanical research. On the site there are protected species of plants requiring certain protectionist measures is therefore part of the present study also provides a summary of existing operations in the area and proposing specific management. The proposed measures should ensure that, where appropriate, to allow another major plants spontaneous expansion at this location.
