Biological experiments in the schools with relation to the seed germination and seedling development
PLÁNSKÁ, Vlasta
The education of natural history at primary and seconadry school is nowadays focused on theoretical interpretation. The subject of this diploma thesis is to inform pupils about the stimulating and inhibiting substances´influence on seed germination and emergence. This diploma thesis needs practical approach to pupils during the project basing, documenting seed germination, growing and its evaluation. The aim of this diploma thesis is to practically show to pupils the problems of seed germination and emergence of commonly available seeds in the school environment.
Influence of magnetic fluids on germination and growth of white mustard (Leucosinapis alba (L.) Spach)
PLÁNSKÁ, Vlasta
Nanomaterials are now widely used commercially. One of the major types of nanomaterials are metal oxides. The object of this work is to determine the effect of magnetic fluids germination and initial growth of white mustard seeds. This work requires a careful approach when setting up experiments, data reading and subsequent evaluation. Emanating biomass at the end of each experiment dried and weighed. The aim is to identify the concentration of ferrofluid have an impact on germination.
Qualitative parameters of triticale grains
PLÁNSKÁ, Vlasta
Triticale is a hybrid of rye and wheat. After both parents got good features. It is tolerant to worse conditions than wheat cultivation and has good health. Master thesis , Qualitative properties of grain triticale '' presents a comparison of the yield and quality evaluation of basic parameters of grain triticale. Among the selected quality parameters were included in the weight of a thousand grains, moisture , density and chemical composition of the grains. In 2010 and 2011 he was at the experimental plot Faculty of Agriculture, University of South Bohemia based varietal tests . Was grown and monitored 13 varieties of triticale. Based on the results of the thesis yielded the following conclusions. The values recorded for most varieties suggest the possibility of a potential for the breeding area of bakers use. The varieties showed lower gluten content and lower results in Zeleny test. The varieties have low values protein fraction and N-compounds. To improve the feeding value would increase the recommended dose of nitrogen fertilization. For the milling using these varieties are not suitable because of lower bulk density. Relatively good application would find these varieties in the use of bioethanol as a lower protein content means higher starch content. The results showed that triticale is more appropraite Grain other more intensive cultivation.
Study the causes and possible effects of mycotoxins in cereals fusarium
PLÁNSKÁ, Vlasta
This paper highlights the severity of fusarium mycotoxins, which are increasingly found in cereals. It deals with studying the causes of mycotoxins, which degrade the quality of cereals. It also deals with regulation of their occurrence, which is important for maintaining quality, mycotoxins dirty grain, which is an important reservoir of feed and foodstuffs.
