Production of wash basin strainer
Pecha, Oldřich ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis focuses on wash basin strainer fabrication technology. This rotary component will be made from ČSN 1.4301 (X5CrNi 18-10) material. Stated annual production is twenty five thousands completed products. Chosen technology for fabrication is drawing with no wall thinning with the use of hydraulic press LEN 25C. Tool for deep drawing will be used for completion. This tool's drawing documentation is enclosed in this thesis. Single-operation tool for deep drawing was designed. This tool contains blank holder, punch, die and gas spring. In the economical section was calculated that total cost of one product is 33 czech crowns. For the production to generate income at least 13 628 products would have to be made.
Design production of sink
Pecha, Oldřich ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
Thesis submits concept of the sink fabrication technology where circular sink is made from rustproof austenitic steel 1.4301 (X5CrNi 18-10) using technology of conventional deep drawing without reducing wall’s thickness. Hydraulic press YL32 - 400 with nominal force 400 kN has been chosen as the production machine. Drawing tool with holder was designed to be used for this technology and its drawing documentation had been enclosed in this thesis. Size of the production series was set for 20 000 products annually. Control simulation of the drawing process has proven that designed component can be made and that computations are correct. Economic and technological estimation was performed which resulted in price being set for 555 czech crowns per piece. After manufacturing first 7 447 products the manufacturing process will become economically profitable.
Rozvoj zooplanktonu v rybnících s produkcí rychlených stádií hospodářsky významných druhů ryb
PECHA, Oldřich
This master thesis was focused on zooplankton development in ponds with advanced fry rearing of economically important fish species. For the purpose of my study, we sampled pond cascade that is managed by Štičí líheň - ESOX, spol. s r.o. in the village Liderovice, near Tábor. In this particular pond cascade, the annual production of advanced fry of economically important fish species takes place, namely pike, pikeperch, carp, tench and grass carp. Importantly, pond cascade is used several times during one growing season, and zooplankton is the main food source of all early stages of rared fish. For the production of advanced fry of fish served 3 ponds, which were released and refilled 2-3 times a season. Fourth pond served as a control stocked with one year old carp throughout the whole season. The water from an upper pond in the cascade served as zooplankton inoculum to a lower pond after the pond harvesting. Statistical analyses showed that the fry of different fish species in ponds lying in the same cascade does not affect the composition of zooplankton after restocking and water refilling. The only difference we noticed was in the treatment with pikeperch, which partially does not share the food base of other monitored species. We also found out, that the occurrence of Cyclops vicinus, Daphnia magna, D. ambigua or D. pulicaria was positively correlated with increased P-PO4 concentrations. We also confirmed that pond ecosystem can effectively retain nutrients from basins and use them for its production. As was shown after a short rain when the measured concentration of total phosphorus in the inflow in our pond system was 0.50 mg/L, on the contrary in the last pond of our cascade we measured values below 0.08 mg/L. High transparency was maintained in the whole cascade throughout the monitoring period, and an adequate economic profit was generated. Such management can be applied to only a few ponds (systems).
Využití přípravků umožňujících kontrolované uvolňování hormonální látky v umělé reprodukci ryb
PECHA, Oldřich
This bachelor thesis was focused on identification of species-optimized preparations based on PLGA microparticles in terms of length and intensity of release and composition of active substance (GnRHa, metoclopramide), which would be used in artificial reproduction of selected fish species - pike (Esox lucius). Under the conditions of the Experimental Fish Farm, FROV JČU in Vodňany and the Tábor Štičí líheň ESOX s.r.o. the first two-week experiment was conducted to achieve the desired results, which were achieved with males of pike. A year later, the experiment took place again in Tabor and newly in the hatchery in Mydlovary. This time we focused on females of pike. During the first research, we have achieved satisfactory results and confirmed that we are going in the right direction. Combination of GnRH with dopamine antagonist Metoclopramide has been shown to be most effective. The best results were achieved by application of 20?g GnRHa.kg-1 + 20mg MET.kg-1, where we achieved positive results in all parameters - increased milt production volume, increased sperm motility and speed, decreased 11-ketotestosterone concentration. During the second experiment with female, we showed that the combination of GnRH + MET at a concentration of 20?g GnRHa.kg-1 + 20mg MET.kg-1 has a positive effect on ovulation achievement, latency time reduction and higher concentration of 40?g GnRHa.kg-1 + 20 mg MET.kg-1 also for fertilization and hatching of eggs, but at the cost of lower fecundity. The results of the experiments show that by using this combination and the correct concentration of GnRH with the dopamine antagonist it is possible to induce maturation of the gametes of male as well as female of pike fish. However, there is still room for improvement of female.
