Specifics in the solution of the land adjustment project in areas with the enhanced natural value

The theoretic part includes before published expert texts and articles from the sphere of land adjustments, the enviroments and the landscape protection. The characteristics of the interest area is presented in the practical part. There are presented changes in the local ÚSES and there are proposed new elements of ÚSES. ÚSES is demonstrated in maps. Maps are maked up in the computer program-Arc-GIS. The frame of ecological stability is defined on the basis of the one´s own investigation of area and the frame is maked up into the map in the Arc-GIS. In the project are included measures on ZPF whose are demonstrated on the basis of BPEJ.

The aim of this thesis is to suggest of the strategies for an agriculture company. The thesis is divided to two main parts. The theoretical part is compiled from technical literature. The practical part is based on an analysis of external and internal environment determine opportunities and threats, strengths and weeknesses. SWOT analysis is made from of obtained dates and then the strategies are proposed. The selected strategies are evaluated with the regard to the current economic situation of the company.

Possibility of Increasing the Share of fast-growing trees in the Local Energy selected Municipalities

The work on "Options increase the share of fast-growing tree species in selected local energy community" to deal with the question of under what conditions it would be possible to increase the share of fast-growing wood (RRD) in the local community energy Stržanov. In the theoretical part summarizes the particular information about renewable energy and the cultivation of fast growing trees, she is also the issue of ecological stability of the landscape to which RRD production contributes to the business plan. Investigation of the village Stržanov focused primarily on the present structure of resources, fuel and attitudes of the population towards the possible introduction offers fast growing trees grown on agricultural land. The practical part is the calculation of the area of SRC plantations to supply the village Stržanov and their impact on the value of the coefficient of ecological stability (KES).

The emergence of companies with equity operations

The aim of my thesis is the creation of companies with a focus on operations with equity. The work deals with the legal context of limited liability companies, capital and payment. The following section is devoted to operations with equity. Are explained and the differences between their own capital and ways to increase or decrease of capital. There are also mentioned capital funds and funds that are created from profit. The last part of the paper is the analysis of ten selected equity joint-stock companies, including an analysis of the statutory reserve fund.
