URBAN RENEWAL OF MIKULOV TOWN CENTRE - Social and cultural centre

The Renewal Project of the Mikulov Town Center focuses primarily on its cultural heritage, consisting of reconstruction of the original Národný dom on the main square and new buildings of the Cultural House supplemented by the Art Multifunctional Gallery at the Kapucínská Street. The social cultural complex of buildings is a solution to the problems of cultural and physical connection between the city center and its immediate surroundings. After the reconstruction, the Národný dom has a supranational position in the form of conference rooms, a tourist-information center and an educational center. The present building is complemented by a new building of the Cultural House, which houses a multifunctional social hall suitable for theater performance, lectures or dance entertainment. Another kind of art experience offers Galleries on the Walls, which open their premises directly on the street and also shelter smaller outdoor cultural events in the city. The main idea of the project is to connect the square with the alley and then the city park. The building is a passage that directly connects to the original Národný dom and opens the possibility of moving from the main square to Kapucínska street. The exposed renovated bastion then interconnects the level of the park with the street level and is complemented by a view overlooking the St. Kopeček.

The goal of the bachelor’s thesis is a parametric study of a road Uherský Ostroh - Hluk. Both vilages are situated in Zlin region. It is situated 28km southern from city Zlin. The goal of study is adopt work with projection software and comparison different categories of road in the same maps background. There are designed 3 categories S7,5; S9,5; S11,5. Variants are led across the agriculture area.Each variant include old and new road.

Technical studies of road I / 23 - bypass Zakřan

The goal of the diploma thesis is prepare a technical study of I/23 – bypass Zakřan. Village is situated in South-moravia region. Village is located 25km western from region city Brno. The goal of the study is find the best variant, which passes southest of the village Zakřany. At the same time it was required to avoid wooded areas. The final variant, which came up from two other draft, passes through agricultural territory. The concideration has been taken to land use plan of villages during a projection.

The role of securing instruments on the capital market in the CR during the financial crisis

Diplomová práce Úloha zajišťovacích instrumentů na kapitálovém trhu v ČR v době finanční krize 87 RESUMÉ: The role of security instruments in the capital market in the CR during financial crisis The first part of this thesis is about financial crisis which started in the U.S.A. in 2009. The cause of this situation started in 2007. This year the property prices started to fall in the tens of percents between 2007 and 2008. The hypothecary crises evolved into the credit crises in 2008. The banks stopped the offers for the interbanking monetary market and they saved their own liquidity position. I would like to identify the main reasons of this development like the applied expansion monetary policy in the U.S.A.: 1) loose credit process 2) CDO and CDS 3) policies of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac etc. 4) non recourse mortgages In the second part I focus on the Czech capital market and its domestic primary and secondary legislation. There is a description of the primary and secondary market, the differences between the regulatory and free market, the division of instruments by the main standards. Third part of this work engages in the instruments traded on the Czech capital market like shares, obligations, bills of exchanges, checks and the primary legislation. The influence of primary prevention in the area of domestic violence

This diploma thesis focuses on the problems of primary prevention in the domestic violence area. Concretely is the author focusing on the influence of the primary school prevention in the domestic violence area on creating of presumptions for school age children emotional stability construction. In theoretical part author specifies the term "domestic violence", deals with theory of violent behavior inception and tries to point out the negative effects of violent behavior on the single family member. In the next chapters is author focusing on children as forgotten victims of the domestic violence and survey zones of exposure in the children's development, witch is acutely hit by this problems. The role of the school on the framework of primary prevention in the domestic violence area and problems of domestic violence concerning cross-sectional themes is last chapter content. Empiric part of thesis is formed by quantitative investigation, which was realized within questionnaires. Author tries to find out, whether the children's participation on the school preventive programs has the effect on the emotional stability creating.
