Automorphisms of Weil algebras

This bachelor thesis deals with Weil algebras and their automorphism groups. First we introduce underlying definitions and concepts from commutative algebra, topology and differential geometry. Next, we define Weil algebra and provide some examples. In following chapters we summarize known results about group of automorphisms of Weil algebras and illustrate them on specific examples. The conclusion is devoted to newly obtained results.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

This diploma thesis is focused on designing a financial plan for the business. Theoretical framework about the financial planning in the business sphere is presented in the first part. The following part introduces the company which was chosen as an object of the thesis from the real business environment. It also deals with the financial analysis of the current state of the company. After that, the financial plan for years 2017 – 2019 is presented in both optimistic and pessimistic variants. The results are analyzed and the plan is evaluated in the last part of the thesis.

The Selection of Business Form in Terms of Income Tax

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the choice of the apropriate form of business for the particular company based on the amount of income tax. Three types of business corporations and natural persons' business form are chosen for the comparison. The particular business subject is presented and the values of income tax for each form are interpreted. The results are analyzed and the best form is suggested.
