Most of people know that this people live not only in foundation but also exit a lot of social services, which allow to people with IDD stay in their homes and natural environment. But when we task people what they know about sexuality and relationship of the people with IDD , maybe they will hesitate or say, that this people don't have any sexual a relationship needs. The same approach to these talking point can be found also in some social services. In Arkadie is also paid no attention to sexuality and relationship of the people with IDD. But there is need to work with it in face of Arkadie help people with IDD to integration to casual community and the sexuality is integral part of this. I decided to create concept of approach to the sexuality of the people with IDD. I also asked myself if these concept will be too important and actual a for my college, clients and their parents.
