Administrative processes in public administration

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on characteristics of administrative processes in government administration.
The first part presents theoretical basics for the analytic part and deals with explaining initial concepts: process, administrative process, administrative workflow, public administration, government administration, filing and shredding order, and other concepts closely related to administrative processes and government administration. Furthermore in the theoretical part, the author deals with the analysis and description of executors of government administration, particularly focusing on ministries.
The second part of the Bachelor's thesis focuses on characteristics of a selected government body and its services. Moreover, this practical part deals with description of a specifically chosen process in the government body and its analysis. It is a process of electronic registration of the movement of documents. The outcome of this thesis is a proposal of the most effective changes to improve the process functioning and the overall facilitation of handling documents in the electronic form.
