This bachelor thesis deals with strategy of Bruder Spielwaren GmbH when entering foreign markets, especially the Czech one. The thesis is divided into several parts. In the introduction there is a characterization of the company, its range of products and international business. The main part of my thesis deals with marketing strategy and SWOT analysis. I tried to check up on brand awareness in the Czech Republic by means of questionnaires.
