Joga like a tool hypokinesis reduction

Title: Yoga as a Solution to Hypokinesis Objectives of work: The aim of this work is be to determine whether yoga is like a set of physical and mental patterns and exercises, suitable and sufficient means to address hypokinesa, which is currently a serious problem of modern society. Method: This is a theoretical work, namely the vital importance lies in the study of literature. Subsequently in the analysis of retrieved informations and the deduction of new knowledge that will result from the study of literature. Results: Based on study of the literature and our own experience we come to the conclusion that yoga is an appropriate means to solve hypokinesis, but only if it is practiced in tis entirety, when it is accepted as a lifestyle with all areas of impingement, not only as a physical activity.
