The content of this bachelor thesis is the use of project management tools in the selection and implementation of an information system for the HR department in Topforsport s.r.o. This thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part the basic concepts necessary for understanding and subsequent elaboration of this thesis are presented. In the second part, an analysis of the current state of the company is made. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the actual project design, its processing and evaluation of benefits.

This diploma thesis deals with HR marketing in IT companies in the online environment and on social networks. The aim of the thesis is to propose marketing recommendations for recruitment policy on social networks and online portals for companies in the field of information technologies in Brno. Qualitative research is conducted throughout in-depth interviews with candidates, staff, and interview with employers. On the basis of obtained primary and secondary data obtained, recommendations for the recruitment of entities moving on this market have been proposed.

Consumer behavior buying milk product in string of retail Tesco. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. The bachelor thesis is focused on in store comunication, consumer´s behaviour during shopping for milk and milk products in a Tesco shop. It is based on factors, which influence the consumers during purchasing, such as price, packaging and sales promotion. Furthermore it is dealing with visual merchandising and its influence on behaviour of consumers. Personal questionnaire, which was filled out by customers in the shop during purchasing, was used for gathering statistical data on behalf of marketing research .The results are displayed on graphs and afterwards analysed.
