Zhodnocení bytu rekonstrukcí

The aim of this thesis was to find out whether the reconstruction of the apartment was successful. The success of the entire renovation was verified with the help of three different methods. In the recherche part there were described the basic terms and definitions related to the valuation of apartments. In the practical part there was calculated the market value before and after the reconstruction. In the next step there were described costs of reconstruction and they were compared with the market value after the reconstruction. In the last method there was analyzed the return of investment including calculation of market rent before and after the reconstruction. For the valuation was used Delta-NEM software.

Rural tourism - municipality of Borovany case study

The aim of bachelor thesis was to do municipality Borovany case study with using aspect of rural tourism and its utilization based on historical, socioeconomic and geographic analysis including land use. All findings from literature regarding this issue are summarized in a theoretical part. In a practical part there was chosen a method of photographs comparison and interviews.

Aram Khachaturian violin concerto with orchestra

This thesis deals with the violin works of Aram Khachaturian. My thesis is divided
into six chapters. In the first chapter I present a brief biography and basic
overview of his works. The next chapter deals with the Violin Concerto. In the
following chapter I compare different interpretations of Violin Concerto. In the
last two chapters I write concisely about other violin works of Khachaturian –
Sonata for Violin and Piano, Dance for Violin and Piano, Song – Poem, Nocturno
and Rhapsody – Concerto for Violin and Orchestra.

Violin sonatas of Prokofiev

This thesis deals with the violin sonatas of Sergei Prokofiev. My thesis is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter I present a brief biography of Sergei Prokofiev. The next four chapters deal with the Sonatas No. 1 and No. 2 for Violin and Piano, Sonata for Violin Solo and Sonata for two Violins. In each chapter I write about circumstances of history. Chapters are divided into subsections. Each subsection is devoted to the analysis of one movement.
