Axle detection in the weighing vehicle system

This master's thesis deals with the Weight in Motion systems (WIM). The main goal is to create simulation software that detects dual tires assembly with respect to the angle with which the sensor is embedded into the road. Thesis also contains literature search of available solutions of weighing systems and the sensors which are used in these systems. Subsequently, the thesis contains software for recognizing simple assembly or dual tires assembly from real measured data. Software solutions were developed using programming language Python v3.7. All source codes were developed in PyCharm Community Edition 2020.
Tomographical analysis of semiconductor devices by FIB-SIMS

This thesis deals with a tomographic analysis of the structure of through-silicon via utilizing TOF-SIMS; a method used in electrotechnical industry. A focused ion beam isused to create a cross section of a semiconductor to reveal its inner structure. Afterwards a newly created surface is analysed by TOF-SIMS to determine its chemical composition. A series of 2D images is created which are used for tomographic reconstruction of the through-silicon via. Moreover, the thesis deals with an optimization of FIB-SIMS method by employing oxygen ion beam for improvement of ionized sputter yield and for artifacts reduction. A measurement of instability of bismuth ion beam is demonstrated as well.
Automatic control of the resistive and capacitance decades in calibrator 9010

Goal of this bachelor thesis is checking of automated calibration of resistive and capacitive decade of calibrator 9010. In the theoretical part is described a research of assumed specifications of decades, their communication and methods how to set parameters of decades. In the theoretical part is also a description of program Caliber and communication interface with multifunctional calibrator 9010. The practical part includes creations of methods in which is described creation of card of device 9010 and setting up a control points for calibration. At the end of the thesis is discussed the measurement and its results with description how to get the best results.
Influence of saddle deflection coils inaccuracy on image aberrations

Tato práce se zabývá výpočtem parazitických magnetických polí neseřízené deflekční cívky z důvodu výrobních nepřesností. Vztah mezi multipólovými magnetickými poli a asymetrickým rozložením vynutím elektronové vychylovací cívky je rozebrán. Nové a rychlé 2D metody výpočtu jsou představeny. Výsledky jsou poté porovnány s 3D metodou konečných prvků a s experimentem. Vliv multipólových parazitických polí způsobených nepřesností výroby na astigmatismus je tak v důsledku prošetřen.
