The Study of Effectiveness the Inventory Management

The Bachelor´s thesis focuses on the study of effectiveness the inventory management in the manufacturing company. Basic terms such as inventory classification, purchasing, storage and production management are defined in the theoretical part of the thesis. The current inventory management in this particular economical subject is described in the practical part of the thesis. The Bachelor´s thesis analyses the established process that is currently used for the inventory management by using the ABC analysis, the analysis of the inventory turnovers and similar methods with goal to improve the effectiveness.

The diploma thesis is focused on possible customs issues during order processing in the manufacturing company. The theoretical part of this thesis contains definition of the world trade basic terms and a description of the customs clearance process. In the practical part, there is a description of the ordering procedure with attention to customs issues and rules in international trade. It includes a project draft which should provide the company with the improvement of the monitored indicators such as the quantity of delayed deliveries for distribution centers or the number of customs inspections.

Autor: Jana Martiňáková Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with systemic scleroderma Objective: The main aim of this thesis is a summary of theoretical informations about the diagnosis of systemic scleroderma, case reports of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with this diagnosis and evaluation of the effect of therapy. Methods: The work is divided into a general and a special part. The general part deals with the distribution of scleroderma, further analyzes the problem of systemic scleroderma with a focus on physiotherapy treatment and physical therapy. Special section includes a case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with this disease. The part of the special section are initial examination, setting goals and treatment plan, therapies, final examination and evaluation of the effect of therapy. This case study was created during continuous professional clinical practice held from 5. 1. till 30. 1. 2015 in Revmatologický ústav in Prague. Results: After performed therapies were achieved positive results especially during walking, improved respiratory stereotype, increase joint mobility acres upper limbs and improve grips.
