This thesis deals with the marketing strategy for the company Václav Hrabec Ltd. The work is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and proposal. The theoretical part describes all theoretical knowledge based on literature, such as marketing concepts and process of creating marketing strategy. The analytical part is an analysis of internal and external marketing situation. At last, a proposal part describes the draft of marketing strategy.
