Animovaný interaktivní 3D model části počítače
Michalík, Petr
Michalík, P. Animated interactive 3D model parts of computer. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2015. This diploma thesis describes possibilities of creation, use and presentation three-dimensional models, selection of a suitable solution for creation and presentation three-dimensional models, creating static three-dimensional models of computer components and their completion of animation and interactive elements to these models.
Economic Strategy Game
Michalík, Petr ; Zajíček, Ondřej (advisor) ; Yaghob, Jakub (referee)
The subject of the present work is a design and an implementation of an Economic Strategy Game. The basis of the game is a simulation on multi-town level - it simulates a production, a commodity and money flow and a development of villages and towns. The exactness isn't the mail goal of this program, but its ease of use and customizability of the simulation. The aim is to have an application which provides a entertaining simulations of worlds defined by the user. The goal of the player in the game is to earn money by trading.
Sub-optimal algorithms for solving sliding puzzles
Michalík, Petr ; Surynek, Pavel (advisor) ; Hric, Jan (referee)
Title: Sub-optimal algorithms for solving sliding puzzles Author: Petr Michalík Department: Department of Theoretical Computer Science and Mathematical Logic Supervisor: RNDr. Pavel Surynek, Ph.D. Supervisor's e-mail address: Pavel.Surynek@mff.cuni.cz In the present work techniques for solving the so-called sliding tiles puzzles, which generate optimal or sub-optimal solution, are studied. This thesis focuses especially on a specific variant of the puzzle: the (n^2-1)-puzzle. This work shows and compares current methods for solving this type of problem. A choosen method is a subject to a close analysis of complexity and is also implemented so that theoretical and experimental results could be confronted. An alternative sub-optimal algorithm is proposed and its theoretical analysis is presented. This algorithm is implemented as well and is compared with the existing algorithm. Both the theoretical analysis and the test results show that better (shorter) solutions can often be obtained using this alternative algorithm.
Egypt eyes modern hermetism
Michalík, Petr ; Janák, Jiří (advisor) ; Vojtíšek, Zdeněk (referee)
Hermeticism is a school of thought that is still alive. The authors have different views on how and whether the emergence of ancient Egyptian culture influenced the Hermetic. However, in an environment in which the figure of Hermes Trismegistus was established, we can't ignored the Egyptian's influence in any way. The egyptologists nad religionis almost are not interested in study of hermetism. In contrast of this, the lay people were always inerested in it and currently many alternative religions and movements are based on it.
Herbal alternative treatment for various diseases
MICHALÍK, Petr
The theme of the thesis is Herbal alternative treatment for various diseases. Bachelor thesis is focused on medicinal plants used by the human population since time immemorial, which are used to this day, not only for treatment, but also for prevention. The introduction mentioned general part, then the history of herbal medicine, construction plant, positive and negative effects of the herbs, contained substances of herbs, harvesting, drying and finally mentioned individual herbs. The aim of this study was to map the use of herbal alternative treatments to the public within the primary and secondary prevention. The basis for the continuing part happened questionnaire regarding age population from 18 years, the results of which revealed some interesting information about the public awareness of this method of treatment using medicinal plants. The results also showed a preference for herbal or conventional treatment, then what are the most practiced methods of natural medicine and the most popular form of their use. The results also show that respondents still consider herbal therapy as an important complement to conventional medicine. Based on these findings, conclusions were drawn and set out recommendations for practice.
