The whole process of pursuing the compensation for damage caused is very lengthy. The victim of a crime is in many cases, when in fact only trying to obtain justice, subject to psychological pressure greater than the actual perpetrator. If the crime committed at present and bodily injury, the victim is exposed to other factors such as long-term sick leave, which can result in disability pension, and not least the reduction of social applications. Liquidated damages are awarded in criminal proceedings only in case of property damage, which can be expressed in money, so the vast majority of the victim as a prosecutor to seek award of damages in civil proceedings, where he again meets with the offender, undergo expertise and last but not least, making a capital sum associated with the initiation of proceedings, and drafting expertise. Most of these judicial proceedings are terminated by the plaintiff is awarded only a small amount of comparison with its condition.
