Liquidated damages are awarded in criminal proceedings only in case of property damage, which can be expressed in money, so the vast majority of the victim as a prosecutor to seek award of damages in civil proceedings, where he again meets with the offender, undergo expertise and last but not least, making a capital sum associated with the initiation of proceedings, and drafting expertise. Most of these judicial proceedings are terminated by the plaintiff is awarded only a small amount of comparison with its condition.
