New residential house in Brno – Kohoutovice. Residential house is a detached building in a slightly sloping terrain to the south with two floors. The house has no basement. The vertical and horizontal load-bearing structure are of the system VELOX. The construction of sloping roof is dealt with trussed rafter. The layout of the house includes main flat unit and on the north side adjacent garage. The main building is covered with a gable roof and garage with shed roof.

This thesis deals with current topics of today, such as the issue of valuation of real estate and energy performance of buildings. The content is divided into a theoretical part where the first general and then specifically looks at the issue, and the practical part, which contains the calculations for determining the price of the selected house by direct comparison and cost methods by decree. It also specifies the energy performance of the house in its current state, and after the thermal insulation. Orientation also the return on the investments made from the perspective of the investor. The aim of this study is to assess the extent to which there is an increase in the price of a house due to the thermal insulation.
Carbon allocation strategies in algae exposed to stressful conditions

The acclimation of two green algae of order Chlamydomonadales to sub- and supra-optimal temperatures, as well as effects of light, temperature, and salinity on peculiar alga Chromera velia have been examined. The mechanism of acclimation of different algae to stressful conditions were described in terms of physiology and put to context within the ecological frame.

Even though etiology of prostate carcinoma is still unknown, its occurrence is affected by many risk factors. The most important ones being: age, race, and familiar occurrence. Also dietary factors, especially increase intake of fats and dairy products, play its role. The role of other risk factors such as androgen influence, vasectomy, sexual activity and professional exposures to kadmium remains unclear. The knowledge of these risk factors is vital for prevention of prostate cancer.
Regimental Chronicles in the Context of the Legionnaire Literature in the First Czechoslovak Republic

Thesis maps out the position of the legionnaire regimental chronicles within context of the legionnaire literature as a whole. It attempts to define legionnaire literature as a distinct literary area, to identify unique position of regimental chronicles and to advert its commemorative, propagational and cultural significance. In connection with legionnaire regimental chronicles is also decribed the original background of Austro-Hungarian regimental histories.

Risk Factors of Origin of Carcinom a Prostate

The topic of his thesis Risk factors for prostate cancer I chose , because the incidence and mortality of the male population on this disease increases. According to the data listed in the National Cancer Registry The 2003 incidence of prostate cancer from 1970 to 2003 increased from 17.7 / 100,000 population to 75/100000 population ( ie an increase of 1.74 / 100,000 new diagnosed per year). Along with the upward trend in incidence and mortality this neoplasm . That since 1970, rising from 14/100000 inhabitants dead 29.3 / 100,000 population of deaths in 2003 ( an increase of 0.46 / 100,000 deaths per year). ( Figure 2 , 3) In 2003, prostate cancer was diagnosed in 3728 men ( tj.11 % of all reported neoplasms ) . A higher number of reports was only in tumors of the skin (without malignant melanoma ) and tumors of the lungs and bronchi . Prostate cancer and even than even colon cancer (8 %). When comparing the frequency of deaths neoplasms of the male population , prostate cancer stands second jointly colon cancer (each 9%). SURPASS is a neoplasm of bronchus and lung (27 % of deaths from neoplasms) . ( Figure 4 , 5) Prostate cancer is forty years practically non-existent , but then its incidence increases dramatically to between seventy and seventy fourth year reaches its maximum.
