The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation for the construction of a residential building in Brno in the city district of Brno – Líšeň. The building is detached in a slightly sloping terrain in Novolíšeňská street. The residential building has four floors and a basement. In the basement are designed garage parking spaces, cellar cubicles and technical background of the building. There are a total of 21 residential units on the above-ground floors, 6 units on each floor (1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk) and on the last floor 3 units (3+kk, 4+kk). The house is designed as barrier-free. The construction system of the apartment building is wall-based: the basement is made of a combination of monolithic walls and columns, and a brick floor made of aerated concrete blocks. Horizontal structures consist of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs with unidirectional or bi-directional reinforcement. The perimeter walls are insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system. The building is based on concrete foundation slab and roofing is made of a double skin flat roof.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a residential building in the Brno-Komárov district. The building is detached with five above-ground and one underground floor. In the basement there are underground garages and technical background of the building. There are 25 apartments on the above-ground floors, with 1KK, 2KK and 4KK. The apartments on the 1st floor on the southeast side have separate front gardens. The apartments on the upper floors have separate loggias. The building includes 25 parking spaces, outdoor parking and a parking space for bins. The building is insulated with ETICS contact insulation system. The roofing consists of a vegetated and pitched roof.

The bachelor thesis aims to create a project documentation of a residential building with almost zero energy consumption in the city district of Brno - Ivanovice. The building is a five-story detached building with four floors above ground and one underground floor. The building is based on a foundation slab. The structural system of the basement consists of reinforced concrete penetrations placed on reinforced concrete columns and perimeter load-bearing walls made of reinforced concrete. The load-bearing system of the above-ground floors is designed using perimeter and internal load-bearing brick blocks. The facade on the above-ground floor is insulated with a contact system. The ceiling structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs as well as the balcony structure. The apartment building is covered with a green roof above the fourth floor. In the basement, there is a collective garage and the technical background of the building. The above-ground floor consists of individual residential units.
