The subject matter of this bachelor thesis is a project documentation for an apartment building’s construction in locality of Sadova, Mensikova street in Brno. The building has a basement with 13 parking spaces, a cellar and an utility room. There are four floors with 13 residential units above the basement. Part of the roof of a garage is made as a vegetation and second part is made as a terrace for flats. Main roof of the building is designed as a flat roof with a classic order of layers. The object is designed as monolithical. Garage is solved using columns and gutters, te residential part is solved with monolithic walls. Monolithic reinforced concrete slabs serve as a ceiling. The facade of the building is solved in the ETICS system, in some places, a ventilated facade with PREFA cladding is used.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a project documentation for the construction of an apartment building with four aboveground floors and one underground floor. In the aboveground part of the building are 10 accommodation units with generous living spaces. Loggia is included in some of these apartments. The highest floor is designed as a receding one, so there is enough space for terraces. In the underground part are basement cubicles, utility room, room for bicycles, room for strollers, elevator machine room and storage room. Parking is provided outside the building on the paved land. In total there are 17 parking spaces, one for the disabled. The main roof is designed as a flat with a classic layer order with the final layer of TPO foil. The brick building is transverse, built from the Porotherm system, the ceiling structure and staircase are designed monolithic from reinforced concrete. The foundation of the building are CFA piles. There is an elevator in the building. The facade of the buildings is partly contact insulated by ETICS mineral wool system and parts of the facade are ventilated by Prefa mineral wool aluminium sheets.

Subject of this bachelor thesis is construction of apartment house in town of Újezdec u Přerova. It’s an object with three floors above ground and partial basement. On every floor are located two apartment units, where on first floor are apartments adjusted for people with limited possibility of movement and orientation. In ototal there are 6 apartments designated for this apartment house. Every apartment has it’s own terrace. At underground floor is located technical space, basement cubicles and social room. Parking is secured on newly planned width parking lot. Object is designed with HELUZ sytem, main supporting walls in basement are from concrete bricks BTB and ceiling panels SPIROLL. Roof construction is made from flat, green rooftop.

This bachelor theses deals with making of desing documentation for an apartment building. The building is designed as a terraced house situated in the centre of Podivín town. It has 4 above-ground floors (3 floors + attic rooms) and 1 basement. There are 2 enters in the building – both are designed in the ground floor. The main one is situated in the part of the house that heads towards the street and the other one is situated in the back of the apartment building next to the car park. There will be 6 apartments in the building. In the ground floor there will be situated apartments for the disabled people. In the second and third floor there will be typical apartments. The apartments in the third floor will be maisonette apartments. The above-ground part of the building is made of clay masonry and the basement is made of hollow concrete blocks. Ceilings will be made of prestressed concrete panels and the ceiling above third floor is designed as the joist floor. There are designed two types of roofs – pitched and flat roof.

The main objective of the Bachelor´s thesis is project documentation of the execution of an apartment building situated in Nové Dvory. The apartment building is designed as detached, with three above-ground floors and part basement. On each floor are two residential units. One of the first-floor apartments is managed as barrier-free. The vertical load-bearing structures in above-ground floors are designed from ceramic blocks Porotherm. In the basement are designed concrete blocks from lost formwork BEST. The ceiling constructions are resolved as ceramic brick inserts and concrete beams Porotherm. Stairs are made out of reinforced concrete. The object is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete and is covered with a single-skin flat roof. The building will be insulated with contact thermal insulation system ETICS.
Modernization of the sports complex with the construction of housing units

The aim of the thesis was to create documentation for an extensive construction modifications of sports complex including the construction of housing units near Třebíč in the small village of Třebenice in Moravia. It was necessary to cooperate with the municipality and follow its requirements for the restoration of functionality and maintenance of individual operations for which the building was intended, hence the municipality considered them necessary in the future operation of the building. The project also included the design of paved areas and fencing of the playground. The main requirement of the municipality was to build a grandstand within the already built-up area of ??the object, and therefore part of the building is being demolished. This will change the layout of the basement and move the operation of the restaurant from the basement to the first floor with a view of the playground. Football players' locker rooms will be maintained in the basement, moreover a boiler room with air conditioning, facilities for referees and a club room with hygienic facilities will be added. On the first floor, the operation of the offices will be partially maintained and separated, and there will also be more space for a hairdresser and a restaurant. The last floor will be completely removed and rebuilt with a flat roof covering only half of the area compared to the current state. Following the current state, the 2nd floor will serve for housing, but as starting apartments for young families. The risers are made of autoclaved concrete and the new masonry is made of brick blocks for precise masonry. Over the restaurant is an extensive green roof and the roof over the apartments has a classic order of layers with a stabilizing layer of gravel. The building is contact-insulated with the ETICS system using mineral wool and the final layer is made of white exterior plaster. The plinth is lined with concrete cladding.
