The system non-wage remuneration in the company

The main aim of bachelor thesis was to assess the non-wage remuneration system in the company and based on the data suggest steps which could lead to the improvement of the system. To achieve the targets was performed questionnaire survey in the selected company. On the basis of this survey, it was found that the majority of respondents are with to employee benefits relatively satisfied. Deficiencies were found in the employee motivation and the provision of benefits. The best motivation for employees, according to a survey are higher financial rewards. Based on the survey were recommended suggestions for improvement. These proposals relate to changes in the system non-wage remuneration and employee benefits.
