Groupon has become the most famous daily deal site that gave rise to collective buying "boom" and expended to the whole world involving Czech republic and Slovakia. The thesis focuses on history of emergence of daily deal sites, analysis of czech and slovak daily deal sites, its comparison of products and services and the difference in behavior of czech and slovak customer.
