Cooperation of gas boiler and heat pump in the heating system

This master’s thesis deals with the cooperation of gas boiler and heat pump in heating system. It contains a brief description of both device and hybrid variant. The aim of this thesis is to create a balance model that helps primary monitor the released CO2 emission and operating costs. The subsequent parametric study seeks the optimal setting of cooperation for both monitored parameters. The results are compared with gas boiler heating or heat pump air to water. The last part is developed to find the optimal setting for a particular object.

This bachelor's thesis deals with gasification technologies in the Czech Republic and abroad. The first part describes brief history of gasification, characteristics of the process, the most important types of equipment intended for this purpose, what are their properties and possibilities of use in practise. A separate part is dedicated to biomass gasification. The second part is dedicated to companies and institution that have dealt with this technology. There is a place of business in which the company operates, and a brief description of their equipment with specific use in practice.
