Burnout Syndrome and Creativity among Teachers

The bachelor thesis follows the concept of burnout syndrome and creativity and monitors their interrelationship in the teaching profession. The literature overview deals with the definition of burnout syndrome, its manifestations, contextual characteristics and its placement in the context of teaching practice. Next it draws nearer the concept of creativity and variables related to it, its development, possible operationalization and especially its aspects related to teaching. Subsequently, the thesis summarizes the conclusions of research aimed at monitoring the relationship between the two main concepts. The proposed research aims to monitor the relationship between burnout syndrome and creativity among primary school teachers in the inclusion of the age variable and years of practice of the teacher.
