3D Measurement and Digitization in Forming Technology
Krčma, Erik ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
The project describes 3D measuring and digitizing methods used in many areas of Manufacturing Technology, especially in Forming Technology. At first basic theory and way of data acquisition of real objects is explained. Advantages and disadvantages of each method are mentioned. Usability and practical applications of mentioned methods in various areas of Forming Technology including practical examples like forming process evaluation, support for numerical simulations or product inspection are described.
Manufacturing of a mounting clip by compound tool
Krčma, Erik ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The master's thesis deals with the design of the production technology for mounting clip for wooden panels. The material is hot-dip galvanized steel DX51D+Z140 with a thickness of 0,5 mm. The annual series of 600 000 pieces will be made from a coil. The proposed production process consists of five steps, which involves puncing, bending and embossing. A progressive die was designed for the production of the given part. The forming force required for stamping is 190 kN. A PE30H mechanical press from Vaptech company was chosen for the fabrication.
