Marketing Research of Customer Satisfaction for Electro World Brno Avion

This thesis deals with customer satisfaction measurment at the Electro World shop in shopping center Avion Shopping park in Brno. First, primary and secondary goals of the thesis and methods of reaching those goals are defined. Second, theory needed for in-depth understanding of the problematic is introduced. In the following part, analysis of current situation is performed, which is then used as a basis for a questionnaire which is then evaluated and analysed. In the end, recommendations based on the questionnaire result analysis are suggested.

Ultrasound imaging of posterior vaginal wall descent

The aim of our study was to set up the parameters, which could be used in the future for objective assesment of posterior vaginal wall descent same as they have been used in the assesment of anterior compartment. We included 42 attendants, 21 with proven descent of posterior vaginal wall; 21 as a control group. We observed the ultrasonographical distance between the most descending point at posterior vaginal wall according to the horizontal line and the inferior margin of pubic bone same as posterior anorectal angle after the intrarectal application of sonographic yelly; both at rest and during Valsalva manévre. Doubleoptional t-test was used for statistical evaluation of the results. Furthermore we judged the demographic features of both groups. We proved the statistic significant decrease in measured distances in the group of patients suffering from the descent compared to the group of healthy women. Values of posterior anorectal angle were significantly highered in the group of patients with the descent. The incidence of descent is related to higher age, higher level of BMI and multiparity in the group of patients. Establishment of Czech restaurant in Mexico

The thesis focuses on a Mexican business environment analysis which is subsequently used for creating the concrete business plan - establishing Czech restaurant in Mexico. The thesis provides analysis of essential differences, barriers and opportunities of Mexican market and it exposes complexity of doing business by Czech entities in the mexican area. Based on the analysis the business plan for purpose of establishing typical Czech restaurant in Mexico City is presented. The plan reflects entire specifics of a different market with regard to the relating branch. The essential steps and necessary activities are identified in the plan. They expose the difficulty of making this plan real. The thesis draws the conclusion that the business plan has a chance to succeed and its realization is meaningful.
