The subject of this bachelor's thesis was to prepare project documentation for a family house. The building is located in the village of Chotěbuz, Karviná district, cadastral area Chotěbuz. The building is designed as a detached structure on sloping terrain. It has two above-ground floors with a basement section. The building also includes a garage, which is separated from the living area by an entrance hall. The house is designed for four people, with an additional guest room. It is also used for both load-bearing and non-load-bearing interior walls. In the basement, the load-bearing exterior wall is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The ceilinstructure is made of ceramic beams and inserts. The staircase is monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is insulated with foam polystyrene. The garage has a flat roof, and the living area is covered by a truss roof structure.
