Primary questions were focused on retrieval of that behavior, which is lawbreaking of copyright and ethical judgment of that acts. Access to work issued from definition terms and effort to find arguments for copyright and against him. Concurrence of arguments should be resolved. However it showed that this progression gives out solution of the theme from the other side. This access does not search transgression against law, but on the contrary moral acceptable way look to objective. Solution is found from the other side. His basic result is statement that moral acceptable behavior in the area of copyright (without the authors consent) is such act, where are interconnected several conditions. These are social expediency of act, which means pickling with copyright...

There are described waldorf, montessori and dalton schools, which have been established in Czech republic since 1990. Thesis tries to map their history and present. Very important is effort to find their basic ideals, theirs general principles, requirements to teachers and last but not least to describe teaching of religion on these schools and also compare them together. A part concerning to Christianity and pedagogy tries to find elementary view of church to education. Comparing them with Christian anthropology afterwards tries to find solutions for catholic attitude, that shall be enough unprepossessed and balanced.
