The subject of this bachelor thesis is the processing of project documentation in the stage of construction implementation. It is a new residential building with almost zero energy consumption. The residential building is located in Brno, in the urban area of Řečkovice, Brno-City district and is situated on flat terrain. It is designed as a five-story, with a flat green roof. There are commercial premises, a carriage room and technical background of the building on the first floor. The rest of the floors contain a total of 20 residential units, as well as a central staircase and an elevator. There are a total of 5 residential units of different sizes on each floor. The building is build on a reinforced concrete foundation slab. The load-bearing system of the building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic frame filled with ceramic masonry. The building is insulated with ETICS contact insulation system.

Immunities of State Officials from foreign Criminal Jurisdiction

This Thesis deals with the Immunities of State officials, which arise under International law, from foreign criminal jurisdiction. The first goal of this thesis is to determine whether, and if so, under which conditions and in which cases can one sovereign State exercise its criminal jurisdiction over an official of another sovereign State. The second goal, closely attached to the first finding, is to determine whether, and if so, under which conditions and in which cases would such officials be protected and covered by the immunity and in which cases such immunity applies. The main task of this thesis is to analyse the current state of the application of immunities of State officials within the foreign criminal jurisdiction. These immunities are with regard to their different purpose and functions recognized in two diverse types - immunity ratione personae and immunity ratione materiae. The first chapter put emphasis on the criminal jurisdiction of foreign State in general and on its extraterritorial forms in particular. The exercise of such jurisdiction in some cases enables to prosecute and punish an official of a foreign State, who happens to be a criminal. Hodnocení lisovacích účinků ve vinařských provozech

This thesis describes methods of work and structural variants of wine presses used in modern wineries in detail. It summarizes strengths and weaknesses of technological solutions. The practical part of the thesis deals with the evaluation of two presses, each of which is based on a different principle. The effects of pressing were observed during the processing of three grape varieties -- Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Zweigeltrebe -- in 2011, 2012 and 2013. The amount of pressure, processing, most gain and productivity were assessed. The cost of processing one hectolitre of the product was fixed for both systems.
