The presented thesis about using of auxiliary products for selected culture of vegetable is mainly engaged in evaluating the effectiveness of various products or their combination on yield. From morphological parameters were evaluated: the weight of the aboveground parts, tuber weight, weight of root, leaf area length, width of leaf area, height and diameter of the tuber. In terms of content substances was evaluated content of: dry matter, ascorbic acid, carotenoids, fiber, minerals (potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium), flavonoids and phenolic compounds, refractive solids content and the total antioxidant capacity. The thesis additionally evaluates the economic costs of auxiliary products for one treatment. The reader is thus presented a brief description of the efficiency of individual products and comparison of financial performance of individual measures.

Analysis of personal management in educational facilities

Thesis is focused on personal management in public administration with accent on educational facilities. The base for quality as well as effective function of those facilities (schools) is created by human resources. Analysis and evaluation of personal management at selected schools located in the area of Chrudim district, incl. assessment of requirements for improvement of state-of-art situation, are the aim of the thesis. The positions of an officer and of an educational facility employee are compared. Individual activities of personal management are also engaged next to it. The thesis is based on professional literature as well as on the Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school, basic, secondary, tertiary professional and other education. Practical part of the thesis is based on materials provided by schools. Evaluation of this problem and proposal of recommendations are based on these materials.

Využití biologických přípravků (řasy, houby, výtažky) při závlaze zeleniny

Algae has been using in many industrial and agricultural branches since 2 700 B. C. Application of algae, its extracts and preparations containing various extracts -- plant, mycorrhiza fungus, etc. -- in agriculture and horticulture is becoming more and more popular in these days. Several studies proved its positive effect on growth of various plant species. Scientific researches proved its impact on soil quality, growth of roots, plant's growth rate, photosynthesis, plant's quality and yield. Recent studies showed that extracts from seaweed for plant protection prevents from many factors that cause biotic and abiotic stress and also open up a potential of using in terrain. Main reason why biologic preparations should be used in agricultural is salinity and contamination of soil caused by using mineral fertilizers and pesticides.
